About Wasatch Ops

I've spent 20 years watching businesses lose money through the same gaps.

Wasatch Ops exists because the problem is fixable, the tools are finally there, and nobody was doing this for the home services businesses that need it most.

The Story

My name is Chris Adams. I've spent over 20 years in sales, including time as a VP of Sales, working with businesses across industries to understand how revenue actually moves and where it silently disappears. I've sat across from hundreds of business owners and watched the same patterns play out over and over again.

The missed call that nobody followed up on. The quote that went cold because the owner was on a job and the follow-up never happened. The competitor with 400 Google reviews showing up first in search while a better business with half the reviews sits invisible. The owner who's working 60-hour weeks not because the business is failing, but because everything runs through them and there's no system to change that.

"These aren't random problems. They're the same four gaps showing up in nearly every home services business I've ever talked to."

The difference now is that the tools to fix them actually exist, and they're within reach of a 20-person plumbing company in Provo, not just enterprise companies with software budgets the size of a small business's annual revenue.

I started Wasatch Ops to bring those tools to Utah's home services businesses. Not as a national SaaS platform that sends you a login and a tutorial video, but as a local partner who understands how a roofing company in Lehi actually runs, who can sit across the table from you, and who has the sales background to care about your ROI as much as the technology.

We're not here to sell you software. We're here to fix the leaks in your business. That starts with a free 30-minute conversation where we show you exactly where your money is going before you spend a single dollar with us.

Why Home Services

This market deserves better tools.

Home services businesses are some of the hardest working operations in any local economy. Plumbers, roofers, HVAC techs, electricians, landscapers. These are owner-operators who built something real with their hands and their reputation.

They've been underserved by technology for a long time. The software that exists was built for national franchises or enterprise operations. It's expensive, complicated, and doesn't fit the way a 25-person contracting company actually runs. So owners end up either overpaying for tools they use 20% of, or running critical parts of their business on whiteboards and spreadsheets.

Meanwhile, AI tools have matured to the point where a small business can have the same automated lead response, follow-up, and reputation management that national competitors have been using for years. The gap is closing. Wasatch Ops exists to close it faster for Utah's home services businesses.

How We Work

Local and in-person

We show up. Real conversations, on-site when needed, not support tickets.

ROI before everything

If we can't show you a clear return, we won't recommend it. Every engagement starts with what it's worth to your business.

No fluff, no jargon

We speak in plain language. If you can't explain what it does to your dispatcher, it's not ready.

Fast implementation

Most solutions are live in two weeks. We don't do six-month implementation timelines.

What Wasatch Ops is and isn't.

We're not

A national SaaS company that sends you a login and leaves you to figure it out.

We are

A local partner who builds the system, trains your team, and stays in it with you.

We're not

A generic agency that sells the same automation package to every industry.

We are

Specialists in home services. We know your workflows, your pain points, and what actually moves the needle.

We're not

Tech people who think the software sells itself.

We are

Sales and operations people who use technology to solve real business problems. The ROI comes first.

We're not

A fit for every business. We work with owner-operated companies that are serious about fixing what's broken.

We are

The right partner if you're ready to stop running on workarounds and start building systems that scale.
